The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between KNOSSOS CONSULTING SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, the Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of the digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Company Services of the Information and Electronic Commerce.

KNOSSOS CONSULTING SL reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Contracting Conditions. These said modifications may be made, through their websites, by any form admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, KNOSSOS CONSULTING SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Contracting Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

After the purchase process, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email. The products offered in our online store include a photograph and its essential characteristics. The colorof the product, observable in the photograph, is not binding. In the characteristics the color of the product is identified.

Prices

All products indicate the sale price in Euros and Dollars, and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC, IPSI, other).

Delivery and transport costs

IDYLLIC JEWELS delivers in Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipments are also made to other countries in the rest of the world. You will be able to view the shipping cost rates applied during the sales process.

These rates are subject to promotions and can be modified.

Order execution

IDYLLIC JEWELS will do everything possible to send the order within a period of approximately 72 working hours, from the day following the order in Spain. IDYLLIC JEWELS is not responsible for possible setbacks caused by the transport agency.

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and re-payment annotations in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that charge will remain liable to KNOSSOS CONSULTING SL to compensate for damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

The availability of the products offered by IDYLLIC JEWELS may vary depending on the demand of the customers. Despite the fact that IDYLLIC JEWELS updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, IDYLLIC JEWELS will notify the client by means of an email when it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 7 days.

IDYLLIC JEWELS will be able to give the double option to the client: to send the product when it is available again, or to return the amounts paid for the canceled order.

Return

If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the pieces purchased in IDYLLIC JEWELS, the client has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to make the return. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In the case of outlet items, returns are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings or piercings will not be accepted.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Return of the defective product.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product within the first 7 days after purchase, informing IDYLLIC JEWELS of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

IDYLLIC JEWELS undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

ATTENTION: For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings or piercings will not be accepted.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by means of notification by sending an email to support@idyllycjewels.com.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized are exempt from withdrawal.

Payment refund

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, within 7 days after receiving the merchandise.

IDYLLIC JEWELS may retain the refund until the product has been received.

Jurisdiction

Likewise, KNOSSOS CONSULTING SL reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in the Spanish territory. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
